Maternal Child Health
The Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Service works in partnership with families to care for babies and children until they start school. It is a free service which includes visits to a local maternal and child health nurse at 10 key ages and stages in your child’s development. Additional visits are offered as well as first time parenting groups and links to local community activities and support services. Extra 24-hour telephone support is available from the Maternal and Child Health Line (Tel. 13 2229).

Mansfield Shire Youth
Located at 7 Erril St in Mansfield the Mansfield Shire Youth Centre is a hub for youth activities. Open from Monday – Thursday 3.00pm – 5.30pm offering a range of workshops, activities, games, basketball court and more! Check out their information for school holiday programs.

Engage
Our Engage! Program is about building skills and knowledge to better prepare young people for employment, training, and education. Our programs are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our young people, and increasing their social connections to friends, family, and the community.
We offer a young adult leadership development camp, homework support, skills development courses, enterprise projects, and employment development support pathways.

The Orange Door
Help for people who are experiencing family violence or who need support with the care and wellbeing of children and young people.
MANSFIELD YOUTH CENTRE
Located on Erril Street, the Youth Centre is a venue designed by the youth of Mansfield to be a safe, fun space for young people to connect with other young people.

Integrated Family Services (Parenting, Counselling, Support)
The Family Services program is to assist children, young people and families. Mansfield Shire Council provides a free service to families living within Mansfield Shire with children aged from birth to 18 years using funding from the State Government.

L2P Learner Driver Mentor Program
The TAC L2P Program is a VicRoads initiative funded by the Transport Accident Commission. It aims to assist disadvantaged learner drivers under 21 years of age to gain the 120 hours driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence, and to be safer road users. TAC L2P Program is free for eligible young people, who are learners who may not have access to a supervising driver or vehicle of their own.

DEAKIN ALLEN MARJ COOMBS FUND
The Deakin Allen & Marj Coombs Children’s Welfare Trust endeavours to meet the financial shortfall of expenses not covered by other avenues of support, such as the Victoria Patient Transport Assistance Scheme. It offers financial assistance to parents or guardians of children up to 18 years of age who are undergoing protracted medical treatments for illness, injury or disabilities and who live in the Mansfield Shire (Victoria).
FRESH FOOD DRIVE
Coordinated by Mansfield Respond, this program operates on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month at St John’s Church in Mansfield.
- Produce can be dropped off between 8.30am and 10am
- Everyone is welcome to collect free locally grown produce between 9.30am – 11.30am.
